Would you say your more of a counselor, thinker or helper?
Some interviewers like to put people on the spot with questions like these, but don't fall into the trap of conceding that you have weak areas that knock you out of contention. When asked questions about your personal preferences the best response doesn't draw any hard lines or absolutes. Avoid revealing any shortcomings that may cause a negative reaction because of a misfit by the interviewer. It might be a good idea to open up about how you're adaptable and flexible and that you are able to adjust your preferences to get the job done.
