Speed and accuracy are of the utmost importance when working with an executive. Tell us how you would use technology to better do the job of an executive assistant.
Here, the interviewer is seeking much more than a just-the-facts kind of response. They would like to know what your grasp is of technology and how you use it to do a better job. Your pre-interview research may have brought the programs and tools they use to the surface which would be helpful in forming your response. Ultimately, the interviewer is trying to gauge whether you can you hit the ground running or if you need training. Whatever your experience with the programs they use, answer with enthusiasm and set a positive, upbeat tone. You'll want to demonstrate that you have a technical grasp of the subject matter by talking specifics, but don't lose sight of the big picture. The interviewer wants the details but what's most important is that you have the needed technical aptitude and should be able to pick up on any new technologies.
